In 1995, private persons founded BELO Hungária Ltd., to which Spinner GmbH, having its headquarters in Munich, joined in 1997, as capital partner. At this time, the name of the company was changed to Spinner Hungária Ltd., and it was the beginning of a dynamic development.
Our parent company was established in 1946, as an Engineering Bureau, by Dr. Georg Spinner, whose name was adopted by the 7-16 coaxial high-frequency cable coupling, widely used all over the world.
Spinner Hungária Ltd. has been working at its present premises since April, 1998. In the course of the first phase, the company constructed an industrial hall of 1,000 sq.m, where, by single- resp. six-spindle automatic lathes and by other auxiliary machinery, the components of high-frequency cable couplings are manufactured of brass raw material.
We installed in the second hall CNC plant and the air conditioned plant for the manufacturing of Teflon insulators, and gradually took over the production of Teflon insulator components of the whole Spinner Group, in the range between dia. 3-42 mm.
Our finished-product store, assembly shop and one of the most up-to-date surface treatment plants of Hungary are located in our third hall. The capacity of our surface treatment plant is 22,000 sq.m/year, where nickel plating, silvering and Miralloy-bronzex surface treatments can be carried out. In our assembly shop, thousands of state-of-the-art cable couplings are completed by hand-operated and pneumatic presses. Thus, we are capable to manufacture, electro-plate and assemble complex cable couplings, or other more complex products.
